Return & Exchange Policy

You may initiate a refund/exchange within 30 days upon receiving your order.

  1. Returning Items: Perishable goods may only be returned if the items received were incorrect. All returned products must be reasonably unused. Contact us and we'll send you a printable return label via email.
  2. Damaged Items: Send photos of the damaged products to our email at Please include the names and quantities of the damaged product(s).

Once your items are on their way back to us or proof of damaged goods received, you may request either an exchange or refund:


Replacement products will be shipped out within normal processing times - typically no more than 1 business day. You will receive a shipping email with tracking info when the items are shipped.

A refund will be sent via the original payment method within 1 business day. You will receive an email notifying you of the incoming payment. Payments may take up to 2 days to process depending on the payment method used. Contact us if you do not see your refund after that time period.
