Apply Seal 'Em and Heal 'Em powder at the site of a tick bite. It is now understood that for up to two days (approximately 36-48 hours) after a tick bite, pathogens are deposited in the skin by a feeding tick at the site of the bite before they are released into the blood stream. Research shows that the spirochetes in the skin are sensitive to topical antibiotics, and if infection is caught soon enough, Seal 'Em and Heal 'Em, may prevent Lyme infection.
