Subscription Options

We offer flexible recurring orders for your favoritepet food and treats:

Frequency: Choose how often you’d like to receive your items (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks).

Customization: Modify your subscription anytime to match your pet’s changing needs.

Ordering (Updated 3/30/26)

Cut-off time for orders: Every Tuesdays at noon and will be ready for pickup/delivered that same Thursday/Friday.

Delivery method: deliver/ship or pick up at store (please search 'Bernal Beast')

Bernal Heights zip code 94110: Delivery is FREE on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged a delivery fee of $8.

Visitacion Valley, Portola & Excelsior: There is an $8 delivery fee on orders $50+. No deliveries for orders under $50, you may pick up in-store only.

If you're outside the area, in-store pickup is available only on Fridays. Orders must be placed by Tuesday at noon to qualify for pickup that same Friday. For example, if you order on Wednesday, your pickup will be scheduled for the following Friday.

Please contact the store if you need it sooner, and we'll make every effort to accommodate you.

Duration for Picking up my order

We hold orders for up to one month. To help you stay on track, we follow this reminder schedule:

After 1 week: You’ll receive a text reminder.

After 2 weeks: We will follow up with a phone call.

After 1 month: We send a final email notice.

If an order remains uncollected after the 30-day mark, the food is donated to local rescues the very next day. This ensures no treat goes to waste and helps dogs in our community!

Once an order has been donated, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Local Delivery (Minimum orders of $50): Available for select Bernal Heights neighborhood.

In-Store Pickup: Schedule a pickup at Bernal Beast for your convenience.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected schedule.

Changes & Edits

You can pause, skip, or edit your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Please make changes at least 48 hours before your next delivery or pickup date to ensure they’re processed on time.

Cancellations

Cancel anytime with no penalty—just make sure to do it before your next billing cycle.

Once an order is processed, we may be unable to cancel or refund it, especially for fresh or perishable items.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of pet food, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
