Cancellation policy
Subscription Options
We offer flexible recurring orders for your favorite pet food and treats:
- Frequency: Choose how often you’d like to receive your items (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks).
- Customization: Modify your subscription anytime to match your pet’s changing needs.
Ordering
Cut-off time for orders: Every Tuesdays at noon and would be ready for pickup/delivered that same Thursday/Friday.
Delivery method: deliver or pick up at store
- Bernal Heights (94110 and 94112): Free delivery of $50+ orders. Orders less than $50 will be charged an $8 delivery fee.

Visitacion Valley & Portola: $8 delivery fee on orders $50+. Orders under $50 are available for in-store pickup only.
- If you're outside the area, in-store pickup is available only on Fridays. Orders must be placed by Tuesday at noon to qualify for pickup that same Friday. For example, if you order on Wednesday, your pickup will be scheduled for the following Friday.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free Local Delivery: Available for Bernal Heights area only.
- In-Store Pickup: Schedule a pickup at Bernal Beast for your convenience.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew based on your selected schedule.
Changes & Edits
- You can pause, skip, or edit your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Please make changes at least 48 hours before your next delivery or pickup date to ensure they’re processed on time.
Cancellations
- Cancel anytime with no penalty—just make sure to do it before your next billing cycle.
- Once an order is processed, we may be unable to cancel or refund it, especially for fresh or perishable items.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of pet food, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.
- If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
