pick up policy 📦

To keep treats fresh, local pickup orders are held for up to 30 days. We’ll send friendly reminders along the way:

  • 7 Days Uncollected | Text Reminder: We’ll send you a text to let you know your order is waiting.

  • 14 Days Uncollected | Phone Follow-up: We’ll give you a call to confirm if you still plan to pick up your order or need to make other arrangements.

  • 30 Days Uncollected | Final Notice & Donation: A final email notice will be sent. If the order isn’t picked up within 24 hours, it will be donated to a local rescue the next day.

When is the order cut-off?

Tuesday! Place your order before Tuesday noon, and it will be ready for Friday delivery/pick up. If you miss ordering on the Tuesday cut-off, your items will be ready for delivery/pick up the following Friday.

How long do I have to pick up my Beast Bites order?

We hold orders for up to one month. To help you stay on track, we follow this reminder schedule:

After 1 week: You’ll receive a text reminder.

After 2 weeks: We will follow up with a phone call.

After 1 month: We send a final email notice.

What are your delivery/pickup frequency options?

Options for pickup/delivery frequency are 2, 4, 6, and 8-week cycles, with the ability to skip or modify your orders.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can log into your account anytime to skip/pause, change food/treats, or update details.
