When is the order cut-off?

Tuesday! Place your order before Tuesday noon, and it will be ready for Friday delivery/pick up. If you miss ordering on the Tuesday cut-off, your items will be ready for delivery/pick up the following Friday.

Can I get free delivery?

All Bernal Heights residents with the zip code 94110 get free delivery!

If you’re outside the area, you can pick up your orders every Friday.

What are your delivery/pickup frequency options?

Options for pickup/delivery frequency are 2, 4, 6, and 8-week cycles, with the ability to skip or modify your orders.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can log into your account anytime to skip/pause, change food/treats, or update details.
